Seven story building, 9400 sq. m. including two levels of retail space and four levels of residential space. Design of 3D model and working drawings.

Taking over the project at late planning stage from BDP Architects, PRA have substainailly reworked the scheme to address the issues of both Local Authority and An Bord Pleanala and were sucessfull in being granted planning permission.
